No more excuses

So, 3 weeks and 6 days ago I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Ally. Immediately after going back to TOPS I found that I Weighed less than I did when I first conceived my little peanut. Yay! Since than I've lost another pound ! My only worry is that at this point is that I'm going to sit on my bum holding my daughter and not get the exercise I need and blame her. I really don't want to do that. So I am resolved to eat less and attempt to exercise more and not make any more excuses. In fact, I look forward to taking my little peanut for walks and eventually runs or bike rides. I meant what I said, I want to one day be able to run so fast that my kids can't catch me.  That being said I'm training for a bike-a-thon in September and a golf fundraiser next summer.  I'm determined to weigh around 225 by the time i go home to visit my family in December. Giving me around 16 pounds to lose in 28 weeks.  Which isn't bad to be honest... Wish me luck. 225 is what I like to refer to as my "wall". I've not been under that number since I joined TOPS In January 2008. I get close then I balloon so I would very much like to blast through that wall. Wish me luck!
